Why join TLDR?

Here at TLDR we believe in people.

We believe that together we can help each other to be better than we are on our own. We are a 100% volunteer organization, but through coaching and help from our founders, Jacob (SteelSeries) and Phillip (Astralis, North & SteelSeries), we have helped our five original contributors get paid opportunities in esports outside of TLDR.

Members of our team have gotten paid jobs like working on Dreamhack’s event production, ESL’s content production and creating a brand identity for Frankie.

So our promise to you is this: If you become a contributor to the TLDR, we’re willing to put as much effort into helping you develop, as you are willing to put into helping your team mates succeed.

What will I be doing?

Well that is essentially up to you, but we got some ideas.

At TLDR we believe that every contributor should “own” their own project. Whether a large one like running our Podcast, or a smaller one like Copy Editing the Valorant newsletter, you are the driving force behind the task.

That doesn’t mean you can’t jump into other projects! In fact a lot of the things we do at TLDR comes from contributors who’s got a great idea and get support to execute them.

We also always include our contributors in strategic discussions, growth marketing and business development, so feel free to poke us about that.
